Poly tarps also called PE tarpaulin which is made 100% virgin HDPE materials laminated with LDPE. There are different thickness of the tarps which can be made with different kinds. Light duty poly tarp, middle duty poly tarps, heavy duty poly tarps and super heavy duty poly tarps.
The standard poly tarps will be providing the size of 6 ′ X 8 ′, 8 ′ X 10 ′, 9 ′ X 12 ′, 10 ′ X 10 ′, 10 ′ X 12 ′, 10 ′ X 20 ′, 12 ′ X 12 ′, 12 ′ X 16 ′, 12 ′ X 20 ′, 12 ′ X 25 ′, 16 ′ X 20 ′, 16 ′ X 24 ′, 18 ′ X 24 ′, 20 ′ X 20 ′, 20′ X 30 ′ ,30 ′ X 30 ′, 30′ X 40 ′, Choose the size that is suitable for your needs. However, due to different market requirement, some clients will ask the finished size. For example 6 ′ X 8 ′, if the finished size if 6 ′ X 8 ′, then the cut size will be bigger than 6 ′ X 8 ′, if the Cut size of poly tarp is 6 ′ X 8 ′, then the finished size will be shorter than 6 ′ X 8 ′.
Cut size of the poly tarps are the production sizes in work lines, after the edges of the hot-welding, the finish size will be folding in or weld into double of the tarps. Then the final sizes once finished will be little shorter than the cut size. The shorter meter of the size are not reducing, it only be welding together to make the poly tarp as much longer as it could be.
