Orange PE Insulated Tarps Concrete Insulated Tarps is made with two outside PE tarps with insert EPE foam in middle. The outside of the insulated tarp are 100% PE materials tarps and inner layers are 1 to 6 layers by different thickness EPE foam.

Normally there are many standard sizes as below:

And the layers are from 1 layer x 1mm foam, max to 16mm(4layers x 4mm) total thickness. Normally there are normal referenced thickness as below:

It means that you can customize different size with different layers thickness of your PE insulated tarps.

The colors, GSM, thickness,Weight and size of the outside PE tarps can be required based on your needs, normal outside color are Orange, White, Blue, Red, Yellow,Silver, Black and Dark Green. Also you can choose your prefer color.

Packing Item:  

1.) Each finished insulated tarp will be packing in a poly bag, and then use belt to pack 5 pcs or 10 pcs per bundle. And they will be loaded by the pallet or bulk packing into the container and shipment.

2.) some clients will not use poly bag, just pack 10pcs to 40pcs per bundle or per pallet

3.) Some clients will use the poly bag plus the cover to packing the insulated tarps to make it good looking and not easy to broken.
