The Leno Tarpaulin also called Leno Scaffold sheeting is one kind of the LENO Tarpaulin. The leno tarpaulin is made by HDPE and LDPE materials. The mesh weaving is 3*3 mesh per inch. It’s widely used in Tent, Garden, Flower Stand, Green house, Farming, covers and so on. The Leno tarpaulin is also called PE LENO Film is 100% virgin PE materials with clear lamination.

Clients could require and choose any customized virgin PE LENO tarpaulin sheets or Scaffold sheeting and rolls such as Weight, Size, GSM, Package,etc. 

Two kinds of PE LENO FILM/LENO Tarp/Leno Scaffold Sheeting:

The leno tarpaulin are widely used for outside. It could be coated with UV. Some clients will ask the FR treated. The FR grade could be made around FR Grade 6.

Monthly capacity of LENO Tarp sheet and rolls:

From the yarn,weaving, lamination and finished works, the monthly production capacity could reach 800 tons per month. Four direct and whole working lines and four associated process working shops together to make sure our short shipping time. 

Width and Length of the LENO Tarps Rolls:

The currently max rolling width are 4 meters, other width lower than 4 meter could be customized. That means 4 meter width x 50meter, 4m x 100m, 4m x 200m, are okay for rolling.

For the sheeting, it could be made into different size you wanted. Such as 2x3m, 3x4m, 4x5m, 6x8m, 8x10m, 10x12m etc.

1.) Poly bag Plus Original Bale Package, outside with stickers on two sides

2.) No poly bag only original Bale Package,outside with stickers on two sides 

3.) Insert paper artwork, Poly bag with Carton Box Package
